You acknowledge that:
- File transfers, synchronization, and automation rules may result in data loss,
corruption, or overwriting
- Network issues, hardware failures, operating system behavior, or third-party service outages
may impact the reliability of the Service
SyncDrop is not responsible for any loss, corruption, or damage to your data.
3. User Responsibility for Backups
You are solely responsible for maintaining independent
backups of your files and media.
We strongly recommend that you verify transfers and maintain
redundant backups before enabling sync features.
4. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
SyncDrop does not control and is not responsible
for:
- Data handling practices of cloud providers or storage services
- Service interruptions or changes made by third-party platforms
- Account suspensions, data deletions, or access restrictions imposed by third-party services
5. System and Device Impact
SyncDrop may consume system resources such as network
bandwidth, storage space, battery power, and CPU.
We are not responsible for:
- Increased data usage charges
- Reduced device performance or battery life
- Compatibility issues with operating systems, firmware, or hardware
6. Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total
liability of SyncDrop and its developer for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the
amount you paid to use the App, if any.
