1. Overview
SyncDrop is designed to operate without creating user
accounts and does not maintain a centralized user database. Most of your data is stored locally on
your devices or within third-party services that you connect (such as Google Drive, Google Photos,
NAS, or other cloud/storage platforms).
This page explains what data may exist, where it is
stored, and how you can request or perform deletion.
2. Data We Do Not Store
SyncDrop does
not store the
following on its own
servers:
- Your photos, videos, files, or text messages
- Your cloud storage credentials
- Personal identification information (such as name, email address, or phone number)
All file transfers and synchronization occur directly between your devices and the third-party
services you configure.
3. Data That May Be Collected
SyncDrop may collect limited technical and usage data
through Firebase, including:
- Crash reports and diagnostic logs
- Basic app interaction events (such as menu clicks and feature usage)
- Device and app version information
This data is used solely for improving app stability and performance.

Deletion in those services is governed by their respective policies.

retention policies.
SyncDrop does not have the ability to delete or modify data stored on
those platforms on your behalf.
6. Retention Period
- Crash and analytics data collected via Firebase is retained according to Firebase's default
retention settings, unless deletion is requested.
